Faisalabad: The Education Department on Tuesday has issued the notices to 66 private sector schools for violating the government orders concerning summer vacation that were supposed to begin on May 24th, 2016 (Tuesday).

In the notice issued by Education EDO, the department has seek for an explanation from the administrations of private schools as to why they had failed to comply with the notification of government summer school holidays.
It is important to mention here that the government had announced summer vacations from May 24th in all schools. Assistant Education Officers had been instructed to make sure that all schools in the region fulfilled the orders.
On the other hand, Tariq Rafiq who is looking after the post of the Lahore EDO Education told the media sources that from Wednesday (today) the district government would start sealing the schools violating the orders of government.
He further said that only the schools offering O/A Level qualifications were relieved from the summer vacation notification since their students were appearing in annual exams these days.
