University of Education Lower Mall Campus Lahore was established in 1880 as Central Training College. In 1976, it was given the name of Government College of Education for Men, Lower Mall Lahore. In 2002, it became the constituent college of the University of Education and then in 2006 it was given the status of campus the university.
