Applicants have to fill the forms provided by National Testing Service (NTS), Islamabad. The applications may be submitted by post or mail, following the instructions given by NTS. The process feel will be Rs.1000 which will be paid in NTS authorized bank. While filling the application, applicants must have their CNICs, domicile and educational certificates with them.
