CONSULTANTS REQUIRED

The Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), operating under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified, dedicated, and experienced professionals for engagement as individual consultants. Appointments will be made on a market-based pay package with an initial contract of two (02) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Available Positions & Requirements

1. Specialist (Port & Infrastructure)

Age Limit: 45–58 years

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Coastal & Harbor Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in port planning, infrastructure design, or construction supervision.

  • Preferably international exposure to large-scale maritime or port-related infrastructure projects.

  • Strong command over international engineering standards, environmental compliance protocols, and safety regulations.

2. Specialist (Business Support)

Age Limit: 45–58 years

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Project Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in investment promotion, industrial development, or port/estate management.

  • Proven expertise in PPP (Public-Private Partnership) structuring, financial modelling, and coordination with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Note:

Preference will be given to candidates with foreign qualifications and relevant international experience.
