01	Position/Job Title	Senior Help Desk Officer
	Reporting to	Help Desk Manager
	Academic / Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University I Institute. Candidates having Master's degree/ Islamic Banking certification / FIBO will be preferred.
	Experience	Minimum 03 years of banking experience out of which 01 year related experience in complaint resolution unit or call center function.
	Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required	Knowledge:
		Advance MS Office Data Analytics Familiarization of Banking Software Procedural & Shariah Compliance Knowledge of Islamic banking financing products Competencies:
		Excellent communication skills Building Partnership & Collaboration Time Management People Management
	Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities	To handle all customer complaints /queries in efficient and professional manner To maintain high standards of courteous customer service at all times. To coordinate with the call centers & respective branches for complaint resolution. To periodically follow-up with customers and identify the areas of improvement. To provide periodic updates on customer feedback to concerned authorities. To maintain accurate records and documents of customer service actions and discussions. To undertake MIS reporting to internal and external stakeholders. To ensure Shariah compliance in all aspects of the job. To efficiently execute responsibilities assigned by the senior management.
02	Position/Job Title	Senior Officer Collections
	Reporting to	Head of Collections
	Academic / Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute Candidates having Master's degree I Islamic Banking Certification ! FIBO will be preferred
	Experience	Minimum 03 years of banking experience out of which 01 year related experience in collection & recovery department.
	Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required	Knowledge:
		Advance MS Office Data Analytics Familiarization of Banking Software Procedural & Shariah Compliance Knowledge of Islamic banking financing products Competencies:
		Execution and Control Building Partnership & Collaboration Time Management People Management
	Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities	To follow up and negotiate with delinquent accounts for recovery and update information records_ To ensure the proper documentation of collection related activities. To visit non-contactable customers. To highlight and report chronic cases to the senior management. To assist and coordinate with the EAMU department for litigation related matters. To ensure shariah compliance in all aspects of the job. To efficiently execute any responsibility assigned by the senior management.
Assessment Test / Interview(s) Interview(s)		Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
Employment Type		The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy I rules.
