Experience
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in relevant area in assisting with defining, and establishing a supportive PMO including standards, and methodology.
  • Experience of working in the PMO function or a large project encompassing PMO function.

  • To demonstrate effective project management techniques and aid in the implementation of a project management culture across the organization.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To assist in defining, establishing, building, implementing, and managing a supportive PMO ensuring successful implementation of the PMO's framework, guidelines, strategy, standards, methodology, responsibilities, services, and deliverables
  • To aid and assist in defining and implementing governance frameworks including risk management, resource management, change management etc.
  • To assist in evaluating and implementing project management processes, methods, tools, metrics and guidelines and standards, and support to establish a Project Governance and IT portfolio management framework
  • To work as directed for continuous improvement of IT PMO methodologies, processes, templates, and toolkits

Experience
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in ADC / Digital / e-Banking or related areas within software houses, system integrators, financial services, technology service providers, product vendors and related sectors and organizations.

  • Good knowledge of Digital Channels
  • Good Knowledge and experience of Digital Channel applications'

Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years' experience, preference will be given to candidate having experience of system testing in banking and financial services.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Knowledge of regression testing, black box testing, white box testing and validation of business requirements
  • Good knowledge of automated testing tools
  • Well versed in using PMIS tools such as Jira, etc. for task tracking
  • Have experience of creating test estimates, resource planning and scheduling of test resources including data and environments.

  • Minimum 03 years' experience in Cyber security & IT security engineering Domain.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To design, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, applications, and information assets
  • To liaise between security and software development teams and assist in implementation of SAST, DAST, PT and other secure software assurance practices
  • To identify, define, build, deploy, and track security controls & measure for applications, system. and databases in contrast with OWASP, CWE, CIS benchmark and SAMM
  • To design application security architecture via threat modeling and develop detailed cyber security designs and should have a solid understanding of cyber security in the domains of security vulnerabilities, threat actor TTP's, common malware types, networking protocols
  • To be responsible for reviewing and assisting in operation of security management and monitoring solutions in place

Experience
  • Minimum in support
03 years of experience in IT field out of which at least 01 year for IT applications in financial institutions.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To ensure smooth operations & Support applications
  • To implement business rules in the applications
  • To configure interfaces with other applications
  • To provide guidelines and trainings to regional IT officials / branches
  • To coordinate with other Wings for operations and new application implementations
  • Other duties assigned by Wing Head
