Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its team. The company works to strengthen municipal governance, improve service delivery, and support infrastructure development across Punjab.

Applications are invited for the following positions:

1. Program Officer – Coordination

Qualification:

• 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in:

  • Project coordination

  • Monitoring field activities

  • Preparing progress reports

  • Handling program information & documentation

• Working knowledge of government systems and regulatory frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support coordination of program activities.

• Prepare progress updates and ensure timely reporting.

• Liaise with district teams to ensure effective program implementation.

2. Deputy Program Officer – WATSAN (Water & Sanitation)

Qualification:

• 16 years of education or higher degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in:

  • Water supply & sanitation projects

  • Preparation of technical reports

  • Monitoring operational activities

• Working knowledge of government policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support water and sanitation-related project activities.

• Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring WATSAN initiatives.

• Collect technical data and prepare operational reports.

3. Deputy Program Officer – Social Safeguards / Social Development

Qualification:

• 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant fields from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 03–04 years of experience in:

  • Social Assessment Reports (SAR)

  • Social Management Plans (SMP)

  • Resettlement Plans (RAP)

  • Community engagement & stakeholder consultations

• Experience with government systems and regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review social assessment documents.

• Conduct field visits, surveys, and stakeholder meetings.

• Ensure compliance with social safeguard policies.

4. Deputy Program Officer – Health & Safety

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 07 years of experience in:

  • Implementing health and safety programs

  • Preparing safety plans & risk assessments

  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards

• Experience with municipal development or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety protocols.

• Conduct HSE inspections and training.

• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.

5. Sub-Engineer (Civil)

Qualification:

• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE – Civil) from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in:

  • Supervision of civil works

  • Field monitoring

  • Site inspections & reporting
