Main Task

• The desired candidate needs to sell Plants and Machinery (Technical Solutions) in Process Food Industry.
• Presentations of new Technologies and Process to customer's management to fulfil their expectations & requirements.
• Efficiently and effectively support Food Processing companies with our solutions and services.
• Aware of competition, market potential and customer behaviours.
• Find new potential customers who are seeking for machinery and plants.
• Support the technology teams in company to develop solutions and concepts for the local market.
• Serving markets with Plants, Machines and Services will be Chocolate, Mass Chocolate, Aerated Creams and Spreads, Biscuits, Wafers and other bakery related items.

Requirements

• Place of work is Karachi, Pakistan.
• Availability to travel 60 - 80 % of the working time.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and team-oriented
• Multilingual (Urdu, English and/or German).
• Technical competence preferred on biscuit, wafers, aeration, chocolate, and confectionary machinery/solutions in the fields of chocolate mass and refining technology, mixing, moulding, enrobing and depositing.
• Process knowledge in chocolate making, wafer, biscuits, bakery, and coffee /cocoa production is of advantage.

Qualification

• Mechanical/Process Engineer or related fields
• Additional trainings/degree in Sales / Marketing preferred

Expertise

• Can develop optimal technical/process technology solutions with and for customers.
• Can conduct sales discussions and contract negotiations

• Has good communication skills, can communicate with all kinds of people in the company
• Can build and maintain partnership-based relationships
• Solid Technical experience
• Is ready to render extra performance in achieving the objectives
• Has a great multicultural understanding
• Has positive basic attitude and can inspire
