Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's degree / DAIBP / JAIBP or any related professional certification will be preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 05 years' experience of Banking / Financial Institution with 02 years' experience of loan origination / credit evaluation, project planning and
    management and / or transaction structuring.

  • Familiarity with transaction structuring and / or product structuring, prudential regulations, bank practices, applicable accounting standards and/or compliance regulations
  • Ability to interact with legal firms

  • Ability to communicate and function professionally with all levels of personnel and business partners across the organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen to identify and screen investment opportunities.
Outline of Main
Duties /
Responsibilities
  • To initiate and execute structured finance transactions i.e. developing transaction structure and financial models including equity valuation, undertaking due diligence exercise and incorporation of company specific issues through evolution of
    transaction structure, negotiate terms with clients, finalization of legal
    documentation.
  • To create, maintain and update the deals in pipeline.
  • To independently originate new structured finance mandates to support and lead the internal approvals' process including interface with credit, legal and other
    teams. Management and the Board.
  • To remain abreast of market trends and transactions and other products introduced/ executed by market participants.
  • To liaison with international agencies / institutions, multilateral agencies and Microfinance Institutions to develop areas of mutual collaboration and cooperation to expand the Bank's presence in SME & Agriculture businesses and in promoting
    financial inclusion.
  • To work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Unit Head (Structured Finance Unit).
  • To adhere to current compliance standards, credit policies and other regulatory parameters applicable to product programs.

Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on
discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package
