Chief Operating Officer

Job Title Job Responsibilities Qualification and Experience
Chief Operating Officer(COO)
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to service organization that mirrors the approved mission and core value of the company
  • Responsible for the measure & effectiveness of all processes internal and external
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
  • Master Degree in Public Health Public Administration Business Administration / Finance from Higher Education of Pakistan recognized Universities
    or
    Member of recognized body of professional accountants (CA ACMA, ACCA ICAEW)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in General
    Administration / Operations Management, out of which at least 2-year's experience should be as a COO / Director Operations / Head of Operations in a well-established and renowned private/public organization. Relevant experience in renowned private/public organizations. Relevant experience in an organization engaged in Public Service/ Health Service Delivery/Health Insurance will have an added advantage.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 62 years on the last date of receipt of the application
 

Chief Internal Auditor

Chief Internal Auditor(CIA)
  • Assistance to management in identifying business risks and accessing the adequacy of the risk management process
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of controls over the relevance reliability & Integrity of information for management purposes, with particular emphasis on financial reforms
  • Member of recognized body of professional accountants, or
  • Certified internal auditor, or
  • Certified fraud examiner,or
  • Certifed internal control auditor, or
  • Person holding a Master Degree in Finance from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission
  • Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in relevant audit function of public/private sector organization A candidate would be given advantage of having prior experience at similar/same level and also if having experience of health sector or public sector
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application
