Post Qualification and Experience
Programme Specialist Academics • A university degree (16 years of education) from a national/international University • 10 years of experience with at least 04 years of experience in higher education • Ability to prepare training evaluation tools • Hands-on experience of report writing • Experience in the management/operations of national/international donor funded programs/projects is a plus • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand complex problems and to advise on appropriate solutions • A strong team leader/player, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Demonstrates good knowledge of information technology and applies it in work assignments. • Proven report writing skills • Proficiency in the usage of computers desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and office software packages (word processing, spreadsheet etc) and experience in handling of web-based data and information management systems • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to team work and to be able to work across disciplines • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in substantive technical areas • Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities • Excellent writing, editing and analytical skills and capability of working independently • An ability to work effectively, take initiative and deliver results within project timelines
