For Fresh Candidates:

Online Application: Apply online through the University job portal at www.uvas.edu.pk/jobs. Fill out the form carefully, as no editing will be allowed after the final submission.

Hard Copy Submission: Print out the pre-filled online application. Submit four (04) sets of signed hard copies along with verified copies of your credentials to the Registrar’s Office via post or courier service only.

Warning: No applications will be received by hand.

Application Fee: Generate and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- through the online bank challan at any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. The original paid bank challan must be attached to the hard copy application.

Exemption: Special Persons are exempted from the application fee.

For Previous Applicants (Ads ending 21 July 2023 & 10 June 2024):

Candidates who already applied under previous advertisements do not need to apply again. Their previously deposited fees remain valid.

Updates/Editing: If you wish to update or edit your application, you can do so online. However, you must submit an updated/fresh hard copy (and soft copy where applicable) to the Registrar’s Office within the stipulated time.
