The Chief Minister, Policy Reforms Unit (Soni Jawari Center for Public Policy), Gilgit-Baltistan requires services of well-educated, dynamic & experienced Consultants and Interns for a period of three (3) months (extendable on need basis) to perform specific duties in following sectors:

Knowledge of current trends in technology development globally, and workable ideas on ecommerce and remote work opportunities in the country and GB. Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level. 02.	Monitoring and Evaluation Expert	Minimum a postgraduate degree in social sciences. At least 15 years of experience in M&E/MER/MEAL concepts and tools Relevant experience in planning, policy formulation, implementation. Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage diverse teams and build partner relationships. Experience in human capacity development by way of mentoring/training.	01
03.	Education Sector Policy Expert	An advanced degree in Education or equivalent from a recognized university. At least 15 years of work experience in education policy, planning and management.Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors. Strong leadership and management skills. 04.	Agriculture / Food Security Policy Expert	An advanced degree in agriculture or equivalent from a recognized university. At least 15 years of work experience in agriculture policy, planning and management. Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level. Strong presentation and communication skills.	01
05.	Health Sector Policy Expert	An advanced degree in public health management or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. At least 15 years of work experience in public health policy, planning and management. Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level. Strong presentation and communication skills.	01
06.	Data Analysis Intern	Proficient in an at least one statistical software (R. Stata, SPSS, Python) Analytical Mindset. Ability to learn. A Master Degree in Statistics / Public Policy / Development / Economics / Social Protection. Experience in a related work will be preferred.	02
07.	IT & Social Media Intern	Excellent knowledge and experience of social media platforms. Knowledge of social medical analytical tools. Creative mindset and ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a team. Graduation in IT or a related field.	03
08.	Research and Survey Intern	Knowledge of primary and secondary research. Analytical mindset. Ability to learn. A Graduate in Public Policy / Development / Economics and Social Protection / Social Sciences. Experience in a related work will be preferred.	02
