Job Opportunities

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals through an open competitive process for the following position under the project titled “Expansion of Safe City Islamabad.”

This position is non-transferable and will be filled purely on a contractual basis.

Position Details

Deputy Project Director (PPS-09)

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Maximum Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering in one of the following disciplines:

    • Computer Science

    • Project Management

    • Information Technology

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Electronics Engineering

    • Telecommunications

    • Or equivalent qualification in a related field

  • Professional certifications such as:

    • PMP

    • Prince2

    • ITIL

    • Specialized ICT/Security certifications

    (These certifications will be considered an added advantage.)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale ICT projects, Safe City initiatives, or Command & Control Center projects.

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing multi-stakeholder government projects, including:

    • Project planning

    • Implementation

    • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

    • Reporting

Mandatory Requirements (For Interview)

Candidates must produce the following original documents at the time of interview:

  1. HEC-verified Academic Certificates

  2. CNIC issued by NADRA

  3. Professional Experience Certificates
