Peshawar: Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali presently has become the first youngest scholar to complete the PhD thesis in Pushto literature from Pushto Academy, University of Peshawar (UoP).
The scholar named Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali at the age of 26 years successfully completed his PhD thesis on the topic of “Khudai Khidmatgar Fazal-e-Raheem Saqi: Life and Literary Service”.
Dr Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali is the inhabitant of Bakhshali Mardan. He graduated from Government College Bakhshali Mardan and got his Master’s degree from Pushto department of University of Peshawar.

After that he chased his PhD degree from the Pushto Academy and has become the youngest Doctor in the history of Pushto PhD scholars.
The Vice chancellor of University of Peshawar Prof Mohammad Rasul Jan presented his doctorate degree at a ceremony organized at the university.
The department of Pushto as well as Academy of Pushto University of Peshawar in a joint program congratulated him for his brilliant success and expected that he would serve the Pushto language and literature in the near future.
