Multan: The Women University, Multan (WUM) has introduced four new disciplines while the applications for admission will be accepted from the current session.

The registrar of Women University Professor Samina Saleem on Wednesday said that the new disciplines include Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Mass Communication and Bio-Chemistry as well as Bio-Technology.
She furthermore said that, at first total fifty regular and five quota based seats had been allocated for these disciplines.

She also said that these seats might be increased keeping in view the total number of applications.
The registrar also pointed out that this year, admission in 4-years BS programme will be offered whereas the university will announce the admissions in MPhil program in the same discipline in 2018.
She said degree in Bio-Chemistry and Bio-Technology will be considered for both these subjects.
