Virtual University to initiate Business Plan Competition 2014

Lahore, The Virtual University of Pakistan is going to organize the Business Plan Competition 2014 on the title “The Rising Entrepreneur” and university is inviting all the students of the university to participate in the event.  In this regard the last date for submission of first idea is Feb 03, idea acceptance intimation date is Feb 10, last date for submission of final business plan is March 01 and announcement of top ten business plans will be made on March 31, 2014.
 
Students of Virtual University of Pakistan won The All Pakistan Inter-University Business Mind Wrestle Competition (BMW2014) has been won by the students of Virtual University. The event was organized on Jan 08 in Muhammad Ali Jinnah University Islamabad. From VU Mr. Adeel Ayyub (BSBA 6th), Mr. Shakeel Aziz (BSBA) Mr. Adbul Nasir Jamal (M.Com 1st) participated and got second position in the business Quiz category.

Virtual University Pakistan 1st University based completely on modern Information and Communication Technologies was set up in 2002 by the Pakistan Government as a public sector, not-for-profit University with a clear mission: to provide extremely affordable world class education to aspiring students all over the country. Since the inauguration of the university it is conducting exams in several disciplines and is distance learning institute. Students from far flung areas come to get admission under the VU.

The University contains over 60 campuses in urban areas with over 100 partnered organizations with foundation. Outside learners can likewise get admission. The college offers four years Bachelors of Science in Computer Sciences to expand their perspective in computer science.
