Supreme Court of Pakistan has given the orders for instant implementation of Urdu as the official language of Pakistan. Chief Justice also read the judgment in Urdu.
After this decision, the changeover is set to begin without any delay. Even though, it might take some time, ultimately all official business will be showed in Urdu. All important documents such as passports, National identity cards, licenses as well as the utility bills will also be published in Urdu language.
According to the earlier reports, this rule will also implement on Pakistani Prime Minister, President and other government officials that they will deliver their speeches and greet foreign officials in Urdu language even when they are outside Pakistan.
