University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar Announces Master’s & P.H.D Degree Program Admission For Spring 2020

The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar is inviting applicants for admission to a Master’s & P.H.D degree in Engineering and Non-engineering program in admission for spring 2020. Applicants who desire to continue their further academic career in this university can apply according to the given details of specialization in various fields of postgraduate programs. However, the registration for the ETEA GAT test is already been announced which is compulsory for all students in order to apply for admission.

1. Master’s Degree Programs

For Masters Students the university is offering admissions in Agriculture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Basic Sciences & Islamiyat (Mathematics). However, in the Institute of Information Technology (ICT), Islamabad that is affiliated with Peshawar the university is offering admissions in Telecommunication Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering Management.

Eligibility Criteria For Master’s Degree Programs

1. The candidates who want to get enrolled in the Master’s degree program must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

2. The applicant must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in ETEA GAT (General) or GRE (General) International.

3. The applicants applying for admission in Mathematics must have M.Sc. in Mathematics (16years) with 3 CGPA in semester system or 60% marks in the annual grading system.

1. Ph.D. Degree Programs

The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar is offering admissions to Ph.D. students in Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer System Engineering, Urban Infrastructure Engineering, and Mathematics.

Eligibility Criteria For Ph.D. Degree Programs

1. The applicants applying for Ph.D. Degree Programs must have a Master/ M.Phil./ equivalent degree with First division or 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5.0 CGPA.

2. The applicant must have scored 60 percentile in GRE (General) International or in ETEA test.

Last Date For Application Submission

The last date for registration in the ETEA GAT test is 16^th January 2020. However, all Master students are informed to submit online application forms 19^th January 2020. For PhD students the last date to submit offline application forms is 19^th January 2020.
