Two faculty members of UoP awarded Fulbright scholarships for Postdoctoral Study

Peshawar: University of Peshawar (Uop) is pleased to declare that the two faculty members are awarded with the prominent Fulbright scholarship for the Post-doctoral study for academic session 2016-17 by United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP).

The receivers of this award are Dr. Sajjad Ahmad (Assistant Professor at Geology) and Dr. Naimat Ullah Khan (Assistant Professor in Finance at Institute of Management Studies, IMS).

While expressing the views, the management of university says that it is an honor for the university that the two full bright scholarships came in the lot of UoP as the list of successful candidates is very short crosswise Pakistan.

Dr. Sajjad Ahmad will study the ‘Prospects of Shale Gas in Pakistan” whereas Dr. Naimat U. Khan will explore the relationship between ‘Law and Finance’.

Both the scholars will leave in a very short time for US.
