The medical and dental college admission test is being conducted in various cities across Pakistan. According to the schedule provided by the Pakistan medical commission, the MDCAT 2021 was started on 30th August 2021 and will end on 30th September 2021. The PMC had provided the opportunity to the students to schedule their tests according to their requirements. It is pertinent to mention here that this year PMC is conducting the online MDCAT test for the students.
Objections Against MDCAT 2021
The students have raised many objections against the PMC MDCAT result 2021 and rejected the test. According to the candidates, the PMC should conduct the single MDCAT for all the students to select the eligible candidates. Due to the ongoing situation of the COVID-19, the commission had earlier announced to conduct the test in different phases to facilitate the students. But the students have demanded to hold the same test for all the students. It has been said by the students that if it is possible to conduct the board exams according to the same schedule so the same approach should be used for the MDCAT 2021. Moreover, the result is provided online to the students after the test so candidates have submitted complaints that, even after obtaining 1000+ marks in the matric they remain unable to pass the test as the marking is not up to the standard. So in this regard, an effective strategy should be adopted by the commission to hold the test and announce the result as it will affect the career of many students.
MDCAT holds significance for the students that want to join the medical or dental college after the completion of the intermediate. Thousands of candidates appear in the test in order to get admission to the MBBS and BDS degree programs. It is mandatory for the students to ace the test with the maximum marks in order to secure admission. Now the students are demanding one nation one MDCAT from the Pakistan medical commission to maintain the standard of the medical entry test.
