Students of Private Medical Colleges Are Required To Confirm Their Admission Session 2019/2020 by UHS

All the students who have enrolled in the private sector medical and dental colleges in Punjab are informed that they have to submit the names of their preferred private sector medical colleges to the University of Health Sciences through an online portal. The online portal of the university has activated from February 27th, 2020. Applicants are informed that they have to submit their application till 05 PM of March 02, 2020. Moreover, there is no extension period will offer to the students.

Instructions Applied to the Candidates for Private Sector Medical Colleges Admission Session 2019/2020

The following are the instructions announced by the university that every applicant must be followed:

1. Applicants who will not submit the application of their preferred private sector medical colleges, their enrollment will be eliminated from the colleges. And no application will be entertained afterward.
2. Applicants are asked to submit the name of the preferred colleges carefully because on behalf of this submission you will be offered admission in your prescribed college.
3. Applicants are required to enter the name with a sequence. No previous sequence will be applicable and there is no application will be entertained afterward.
4. Applicants will be selected according to the merit base
5. Once the applicants will be offered a seat in the top of the selected colleges, then he or she will not be allowed to get enrollment in any other below- given name in the preferred colleges' list. However, in case of vacant positions, the applicants may offer admission to any of the selected colleges.
6. Applicants will not be offered admission to any of the colleges that are not under the prescribed list. Applicants have to make it sure that if you have gotten enrolment in a college and you are thinking that there is no need of choice then you are wrong and your admission will be dismissed. The university will not allow the students to take admission to the medical college on their own.
7. Applicants are informed that in case of selection in any of the college, their fees and other dues will be transferred without any deduction.
