BISE Gujranwala SSC Second Annual 2026 Admission Form Schedule

The board has fixed a three-tier submission window for admission forms, giving students staggered options based on the fee category they choose. Below is the complete schedule as released by the board:

Category Schedule
Date of Commencement of SSC (Second Annual) 2026 6 October 2026
Admission form with Single Fee 7 August 2026 – 19 August 2026
Admission form with Double Fee 20 August 2026 – 25 August 2026
Admission form with Triple Fee 26 August 2026 – 29 August 2026

Students who miss the single-fee deadline can still apply within the double or triple fee windows, though at an additional cost. Candidates are advised not to wait until the final days, as late submission after 29 August 2026 will not be entertained for this examination cycle.

Result Card Collection Process for Regular and Private Candidates

Alongside the admission schedule, the board also addressed the process for collecting result cards related to the recently announced First Annual 2026 results. Regular candidates are required to obtain their result cards through their respective institutions rather than directly from the board. Institutions have been given login credentials to download result cards on behalf of enrolled students and must hand them over against proper acknowledgement and signature.

The board clarified that it bears no responsibility for any loss or misuse of result cards once they have been dispatched to the concerned institution's head. Private candidates, on the other hand, do not need to visit any office, as their result cards are being sent directly to their registered mailing addresses through the board's postal dispatch system.

Objections, Discrepancies, and Marks Improvement Candidates

The press release also touched on procedural matters for special categories of candidates:

  • Candidates who had raised objections regarding their results but did not respond to the board's subsequent correspondence will not have their result cards issued.
  • Students with outstanding dues will have their result cards withheld until the pending fee is cleared.
  • Candidates who appeared under the Marks Improvement scheme and had their earlier result cards withheld by the board will need to submit their previous result card in order to obtain the revised one.

Why This Schedule Matters

The Second Annual examination gives students who could not clear one or more subjects in the First Annual exams, or who wish to improve their marks, another opportunity within the same academic year. Meeting the admission form deadlines is essential, since a missed window can delay a student's academic progress by an entire year. Students and parents in Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Wazirabad, and surrounding districts under this board's jurisdiction should mark these dates and complete the admission process well within time.
