Important announcement for the CSS Special MPT Test candidates! The FPSC has extended the deadline of Special CSS MPT Exam 2023. To fill up the government job vacancies that remained unfilled after the regular CSS exams. FPSC has already extended the CSS Special MPT deadline twice this year. The new CSS Special MPT deadline is 21st March 2023. All the candidates are advised to avail this opportunity of becoming a CSS government officer. The FPSC stated that they postponed the CSS special exam deadline because they want maximum students to apply. Special CSS MPT Paper Pattern and Syllabus 2023
The Special CSS MPT Exam 2023 will follow the same guidelines as the regular CSS MPT Exam and the Special MPT test will be valid for the same year as of the CSS competitive examination. There will be 200 multiple-choice questions totaling 200 marks for the CSS MPT special exam. The test can be attempted for a total of 200 minutes. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. To clear the special MPT test 2023 a candidate requires a minimum score of 33%. Eligibility Criteria of Special CSS MPT 2023
- Applying candidate must be a Pakistani Citizen.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree cleared with 2nd division from an HEC recognized university/ institute.
- Upper age limit is 35 years for all candidates.
- For special CSS Exam one additional/ fourth chance.
- Candidates belonging only to the following provisional/ regional quotas are eligible to apply for the special CSS Exam of 2023,:

Special CSS MPT 2023 Application Process
All candidates can apply online through the FPSC’s official website before the deadline (21st March 2023)
- Sign up for the FPSC account.
- After setting up your account start filling out the Special MPT test application.
- Read the rules and regulations, carefully and make selection of examination hall.
- Submit all the requested documents.
- After Submitting the documents, with the help of the given link download the fee challan form of Special MPT Exam 2023.
- Submit the MPT Test fee of Rs. 250/- in the nearest government treasury/ National Bank of Pakistan/ State Bank of Pakistan under the account head of “C02101- Organs of State Exam Fee.
- Keep the original paid challan safely and bring it to the examination hall on the day of test along with your original CNIC and admission certificate.
- Computer generated admission certificate can be downloaded from FPSC’s website.
Last Date for the Special CSS MPT 2023:
The FPSC has already postponed the CSS Special MPT exam date this year and now they have also extended the deadline for the CSS Special MPT exam 2023. The last date to apply for the CSS Special preliminary test 2023 is 21st March 2023. The Exam date of CSS Special MPT test is 14th May 2023. Also if a candidate has already applied within the previous MPT Test deadline then he or she doesn’t have to apply again.
Important Instructions for the Special CSS MPT 2023:
- Be advised that the chosen exam location cannot be changed later.
- Last date to apply for the CSS Special preliminary test 2023 is 21st March 2023
- The CSS special MPT exam 2023 will held on 14th May 2023.
- A candidate does not need to reapply if they have already applied for the MPT Test within the previous deadline.
- The additional fourth chance for the written part of the Special CSS exam will not count toward the regular CSS exams.
- Candidates are informed that the number of Special CSS positions open will be lower than any regional quota. If there are openings in their respective quotas, they may therefore take the Special CSS exam.
- The Date/Timetable of composed part of CSS Test will be reported at the appointed time.
- Wrong entries of personal information will lead to the rejection of candidate’s application.
