Sindh Government Announces Admission Policy In Colleges

The Sindh government has announced an admission policy in colleges across the province. According to the notification issued by Secretary Colleges Sindh, an online system has been set up for the students. Students can submit online admission forms. Students can submit forms based on matriculation results. According to the notification, students from within Sindh can submit the form in the office of the concerned director colleges. The Director-General of Colleges will be the Chairman of the Admission Policy and the Vice-Chairman will be the Regional Director of Colleges. According per the sources, the Deputy Director Inspection has been appointed as the focal person for admission policy.

Corona Cases in Educational Institutes

On the other hand, 172 corona cases have been reported in educational institutions across Sindh during the last eight days. The highest number of cases was reported in educational institutions in Karachi. Corona test of 172 teaching and non-teaching staff in educational institutions across Sindh came positive. From September 12 to September 20, 172 cases came positive in Corona test results in educational institutions while 102 cases came positive in Karachi educational institutions. Corona tests were conducted on 35,339 people in educational institutions across Sindh including Karachi.
