School Education Department Prepares The Smart Syllabus For Annual Examination 2021

Owing to the ongoing situation the school education department has taken an important decision regarding the annual examination. The copies of the smart syllabus have been provided to all the authorities of Punjab. The provincial education minister Murad Raas said that only 6 months have been left for the annual examination 2021 so due to this reason the syllabus of the exams has been reduced up to 40%.

Accelerating Learning Program Booklets

The minister has handed the Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) booklets to the DOs of 36 districts. He furthermore added that this decision has been taken by considering the current situation. School Education Department has introduced a smart syllabus for the students. As per the sources, the syllabus for the class one to class ten has been decreased. In this way, the students have to prepare the less syllabus for the annual examination 2021. The students can also  download the ALP books from the website of the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board.  

Reopening Of Institutes

It is pertinent to mention here that after the closure of the six months the educational institutes have been finally opened to resume the educational activities. Regarding the change in the reopening schedule of the primary schools, the education minister has clearly stated that yet there is no change and the students have to attend the schools as per the mentioned schedule announced by the respective authorities.

According to him, the situation is currently being analyzed and effective precautionary steps will be taken accordingly. Up till now, many institutes have been sealed over the SOPs violation. Murad Rass said that there will be no compromise on the health of the teachers and students as the government will assure to provide the complete assistance.
