Reopening Of Schools: Training Workshops Of Corona SOPs Will Begin Form August 20th, 2020

Today on August 17^th, 2020 a press conference held regarding SOPs on reopening of schools. The press conference was led by the education minister, Dr, Murad Raas. Murad Raas declares the tentative schedule of reopening of schools according to which all the private and public schools will reopen from September 15^th, 2020. He declared that any school that will open before the tentative or selected schedule will be sealed. He also confirmed that no one has the right to challenge any writ of the government. Moreover, the special SOPs and teacher training program has also been scheduled before the reopening of schools.

Teachers Training Program

Before the reopening of schools, the special training regarding corona SOPs will be given to the district officers and teachers. The training workshop will begin from August 20^th, 2020 throughout the province. From Lahore District, 60 master trainers and 596 teachers will undergo training. The series of training workshops will continue until September 10^th, 2020. According to the education department, it is necessary to arrange corona SOPs before reopening of school. Moreover, the corona SOPs will be implemented completely by the students and teachers.

Training Schedule For Corona SOPs

According to the school education department, the training session for officers will end at August 22^nd, the training session for master trainers will run from August 24^th to August 26^th, from August 27^th to September 2^nd the training session of teachers will complete, and from September 3^rd to September 10^th the training will be given to PST teachers.
