Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore Has Announced Hundreds Of New Opportunities

Punjab Public Service Commission has announced hundreds of new opportunities for the candidates who have domicile of Punjab province on 15^th December 2019. Applicants can apply according to the qualification by appearing for the PPSC exam.  These job opportunities are in the famous department of Lahore for gazette posts (BPS-17). The syllabus for each post is also defined by PPSC for all the candidates who are applying for the following positions given below.

1-  Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department

All applicants can apply for an Additional Solicitor job position available on a contract basis for a period of two years. Moreover, a conveyance allowance of Rs.65, 060/- per month will also be provided. The age limit for male candidates is 32 to 50+05=55years and for the female is 32 to 50+8=58 years. The required qualification level for this job position is LL.M., or Bar-at-law, or LL.B (50% marks in the aggregate), or equivalent qualification from a reputed University/Institution, recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The place of posting for this post will be Lahore.

2-  Youth Affairs, Sports, Archeology & Tourism Department

Applicants can apply for Assistant Controller on a contract basis for a period of 03 years through open merit. All male, female & Transgender can apply as the age limit for Male is 22 to 30+5=35 years and for Female is 22 to 30+8=38years.  The qualification level for this post is an LLB degree or Master's degree preferably in Economics, Commerce, Public Administrating or Business Administration from a University recognized by HEC. Two years of experience as a supervisor in the field of tourism, hotel management or in the travel agency business.

3-  Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department

This department has available vacant positions on a Regular Basis with 1000 posts (Open Merit = 920, Special Persons quota=30, Minority quota=50). Applicants can apply for Women Medical Officer with qualification level of MBBS Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council/ Pakistan Medical Commission. Registered with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council/ Pakistan Medical Commission. Moreover one year experience of regular House job. Both Female & Transgender are eligible to apply.

4-  Agriculture Extension & Adaptive Research Wing

PPSC has announced 64 posts including 04 Posts reserved for Minority Quota, 02 posts reserved for Special Persons Quota & 12 posts reserved for Women Quota. Applicants can apply for Agriculture Officer/Farm Manager/ Cotton Inspector on 5years contract basis. The minimum qualification level for this post is M.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture. All male candidates with an age limit of 21 to 35+5=40 years and females with an age limit of 21 to 35+8=43 years are eligible to apply.

5-  Directorate of Agricultural Information, Punjab

This is a 5 years contract basis opportunity and applicants can apply for Assistant Agricultural Information Officer with qualification level of B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture from a recognized university. However one year of experience in research information, editing and documentation is required for this post and only female candidates are eligible to apply with an age limit of 21 to 28 + 08= 36 years.

Test Application Fee Details

Applicants are required to deposit PKR1000/- for Additional Solicitor and PKR600/- for other positions in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury. However special persons are not required to deposit application fees.

Interview/Test & Deadline

Applicants must bring original valid CNIC issued by NADRA for test/interview as o other Identification documents will be acceptable.
