Punjab Minister For Higher Education Revealed News Of Recruitment Of Teachers
As per the details, in a program of private news channel, the Punjab Minister for Higher Education Raja Yasir Humayun announced the good news of this decision of Punjab government regarding the hiring of five thousands teachers across the province. The teachers will be hired for various disciplines. For this purpose, the summary has already been sent by Higher Education Department to the Chief Minister of Punjab for final approval.
Recruitment Would Made Under PPSC In Two Phases
While conversing, Raja Yasir Humayun said that 5,000 recruitments will be made in the government sector schools and colleges under the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) in two phases. In the first phase 2,500 teachers will be recruited while in the second other 2,500 educators will be hired. Afterwards, the successful candidates will be posted in any district of Punjab.
While speaking on private news channel’s program, Punjab Provincial Minister for Higher Education admitted that unfortunately our graduates are not the world class and our government is trying to promote such educational trends that our graduates not only in Pakistan but also get best jobs in educational institutions all over the world.
Formulation Of 2-Years Associate Degree Program
In the interview, Raja Yasir Humayun also said that the 2-years associate degree program has already been formulated for the promotion of education across Punjab province according to the world standards; however, it has been delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic spread across the country. Furthermore, the 4-year degree program is being modernized for the better education standards.
