Punjab Education Minister Murad Raas Announces Winter Vacations

Punjab Government announces the winter vacations across all over Punjab. The schools of Punjab will remain closed during the vacations.

Winters Vacations in the Schools of Punjab

According to the latest news, Punjab Education Minister Murad Raas announced that all private and Government institutes will remain close for winter vacations from 23 December 2021 to 6th January 2022. He further urges people to get vaccinated and follows all SOPS as per the Government order.

This is the official date for winter vacations. The winter vacations are intended to have some study breaks while keeping students safe from the weather and the coronavirus.

Vaccination Orders for Students

The Government keeps on requesting to get vaccinated because of the new variant of Coronavirus (Omicron) that affected people badly. People should be aware of this virus that is spreading very fast.

To make themselves safe, People must acquire the vaccination as soon as possible and keep following existing guidelines for limiting the spread of the virus, wearing masks, washing hands regularly, including separation, and keeping indoor places properly conditioned.

Previous Notification for Winter Vacations

On the previous report of Winter Vacations, The decision was taken following a meeting of the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers, who agreed to extend the holidays in the country from December 25, 2021, to January 4, 2022 However, the National Command and Operations Center will make the final decision (NCOC).
