PU to start FM auditions from Jan 28

Lahore, FM Radio Audition Broad Casting House of Institute of Communication Studies (ICS) at Punjab University is going to conduct general auditions from January 28 to 30, 2013.

Candidates can register themselves from January 24 to 25. Test will be held in these three days for PU students who want to become announcers, anchor persons, creative writers and reporters. After passing the test students will have one day training workshop. A committee has been organized under the management of Program Manager Muhammad Irshad Chaudhry which will supervise the affairs.

Meanwhile, Punjab University Examinations Department has announced the results of MA Physical Education Part-I annual exam 2012, MA Special Education (Regular Program) semester system, session 2010-12, MA Special Education (Evening Program) semester system, session 2010-12, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science BS (IT) Fall, semester system, session 2008-12, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science BS (CS) Fall, semester system, session 2008-12, M.Phil Zoology (2-Years Program) semester system, session 2010-12, MS Zoology (2-Years Program) semester system, session 2010-12, M.Phil Physics, session 2010-12 and MBA (3 ½ Program) Part-I & II, annual 2012.

University of the Punjab, Department of Sports Science & Physical Education has opened Spring Semester Admissions 2013 in BS Physical Education (4 Years Semester System) Regular Morning Program while last date for submission of admission form is Feb 15, 2013.

The Candidates are eligible who have F.A/F.Sc/ICS or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division and age should not be more than 24 years, are eligible to apply for admission. Two (2) marks will be deducted from percent academic marks for each late session to a maximum of two sessions. Five Marks will be added to the admission merit scores of the applicants who have passed F.Sc, Five Marks will be added to the admission merit scores of the applicants who have won any sports competition at Inter-Board or Inter-College level.

Applicants can get Admission Forms from Department of Sports Science & Physical Education, New Campus from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm daily except Saturdays & Sundays starting from January 14, 2013.
