3 Pakistani teachers have made the top 50 shortlisted nominees for the 2nd annual international Teacher Prize 2016.

Referred to as the Nobel Prize for teaching, the International Teacher Prize is an annual one million dollar prize that would be provided to the brilliant teacher who has made an exceptional contribution to the profession of teaching.

The entrances for the prize have been sculpted down to a final 50 from approximately 8K nominees as well as the application from almost 148 states. Altogether, the long list contains the applicants form 29 nations. The 3 teachers among the international top 50 involve Humaira Bachal, Aqeela Asifi and also Neelofar Ali.
