PU awards four PhD degrees to scholars

University of the Punjab has granted PhD degrees to four scholars. Bushra Khubaib Jam, D/O Khubaib Ahmed Jam, has been granted PhD degree in Molecular Biology after the authorization of her thesis named as “Identification of 1L 28B Genetic Variations Associated with Virological Response of Interferon Therapy in Chronic HCV infected Patients”, Farzana Ashraf, D/O Bahlak Khan, in the subject of Applied Psychology after the authorization of her thesis named as “Depression, Behavioral-Executive Functioning and Adjustment among Children with Learning Disability”, Musarrat Jabeen, D/O Ch Abdul Sattar, in the subject of Physics after the authorization of her thesis named as “Study of II-VI Based Nanostructure Materials for Sensing Applications” and Faiza Gul, daughter of Muhammad Ajmal Khan, in the subject of Biological Sciences after the authorization of her thesis named as “Expression and Secretion of Recombinant Ovine Somatotropin in Escherichia Coli ”.
