University of the Punjab has granted PhD degrees to 4 scholars. Fauzia Haroon Daughter of Haroon Masih has been granted along with the PhD degree in the subject of Zoology, Kashaf Junaid Daughter of Junaid Imam in the subject of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics, Ghulam Fatima Daughter of Altaf Hussain in the subject of Education as well as Maria Zaib Daughter of Aurang Zaib Mirza in the subject of Chemistry after the authorization of her thesis named as “Biologically Modified Carbon Paste Electrodes for the Detection of Mercury and Arsenic in Contaminated Water”.
