PU awarded five PhD degrees on Wednesday

University of the Punjab on Wednesday has granted PhD degrees to 5 scholars. These scholars included Sadiq Hussain in the subject of Chemical Engineering after authorization of his thesis entitled “Factors Influencing the Formation of Producer Gas from Coal and Biomass in Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasifier”, Nasim Ahmed Yasin in the subject of Agricultural Sciences after the authorization of his thesis named as “Studies on Induction of Systemic Resistance in Rose by Pseudomonas and Bacillus Strains against Diplocarpon Rosae”, Sadia Ayaz in Home Economics subject after the authorization of her thesis named as “Impact of Variation in Luminant Environment on Patron Turnover Rate in the Restaurants of Lahore, Pakistan”, Syeda Samra Jafri in the subject of Molecular Biology after the authorization of her thesis named as “Genetic Study of Human Neuronal Developmental Control Gene in Crime and Aggression” and also Sajed Ali in the subject of Molecular Biology after the authorization  of his thesis named as “Expression Studies of Viral Vector System against Sugarcane Mosaic Virus in Sugarcane”
