Lahore, Punjab University Examination Department has announced the MA/MSc Part 2 date sheet for supplementary exams 2013. The exams will start from Feb 11, 2014. The detailed date sheet can be viewed at the following link.

Moreover, PU Examinations Department has also announced the result of M.A Mass Communication Part 1 annual examination 2013.
In the meantime, A seminar was organized by Hajvery Chair, Department of Persian of Punjab University and Khana-e-Farhang Iran on Kashf ul Mahjoob at Al Raazi Hall of Undergraduate Study Centre. PU Vice chancellor Dr Mujhahid Kamran said that presentation of Islam must be in its accurate strength and must upgrade our knowledge and remove the weaknesses.
On this occasion the chief guest was Director General Cultural Centre of Iran, Lahore Abdul Reza Sultani. The seminar was attended by Dean Faculty of Oriental Learning Prof Dr Issmat ullah Zahid, Hajvery Chair Prof Dr Zuhoor Ahmad Azhar, Head of Persian Department Dr Moeen Nizami, Department of Arabic Prof Dr Qamar Ali Zaidi, Firdousi Chair Prof Dr Muhammad Nasir, Acting Chairman Urdu Daira Maa’Riff Islamia Dr Muhammad Arshad, GCU Prof Dr Humayun Abbas Shams, Department of Arabic Dr Hafiz Abdul Qadeer, Jamia Minhaj ul Hasnain Lahore Maullana Muhammad Hussain Akbar, faculty members and a large number of students.
The University of the Punjab was established in 1882 which is the largest and the oldest seat of higher learning in Pakistan. This was the first university established in the sub-continent in Muslim majority area.
