Private sector institutes advised to obey fee reduction order

Yesterday, Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) issued a public notice to all the educational institutes of private sector performing their duties under the supervision of territorial jurisdiction of Islamabad, for written submission of its 23^rd September notice which must reach the office of PEIRA till 15^th October 2015.

As per the notification of PEIRA, the parents of the aspirants studying in private educational institutes of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), are hereby notified that under ICT private educational institutions (registration and Regulation) Act 2013, all the ducation institutes of private sector in Islamabad, vide PEIRA’s notification No GF.IV/PEIRA/CA&DD/PEIs/2015 dated 23^rd September 2015 have been ordered to not to increase any fee or other funds and charges in 2015. The notice also said that in submission of the above referred notification, any increase in fee or fund and charges, already charged by the private institutes shall have to be either refunded or regulated by the managements of all the private sector schools in the subsequent challan or bills of the aspirants.
