PMC Extends The Application Deadline for Private Colleges Admissions

The Pakistan medical commission has extended the application deadline for private college admissions. According to the new announcement, the students can submit the application form through the national admission system by 22nd January 2021till 10:00 pm. However, it is informed to the students that the date for the display of the merit list will remain the same as announced earlier by the medical commission. The merit list for the private medical colleges will be issued on 24th January 2021. 
 

Extension in Application Deadline

Previously the PMC had announced the admission schedule and according to the issued notification, the last date for the submission of online application forms in the private medical colleges was 19th January 2021. Now after the issuance of the revised schedule, the students are advised to follow it and ensure to fulfill the admission requirements before the due date. Moreover, it is pertinent to mention here that the last date for application submission for the public medical colleges is 22nd January 2021. The PMC has instructed all the provincial governments to follow the schedule announced by the commission to facilitate the students as many students want to know about the merit of the public medical and dental medical colleges before applying to the private medical and dental colleges. In this regard, the authorities of the various medical institutes have revised the admission schedule as per the directives provided by the medical commission. 

Announcement of A-Levels Result

Cambridge Assessment International Education had declared the A-levels result on 11th January 2021. Due to the delay in the declaration of the A-levels result the PMC earlier declared the revised admission schedule for the students. The candidates after the result announcement of the November series 2020 can now apply in the MBBS and BDS degree programs offered by the public and private medical and dental colleges. The result of the O Levels and Cambridge IGCSE will be announced on 19th January 2020.
