Zahida Noreen of Pakistan Education Centre Qatar (PECQ), has emerged as the topper in the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad, in the annual SSC annual examination - 2007.

A brilliant student of PEC Zahida Noreen, daughter of Haji Shamal Khan, stood first in the Humanities Group in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad, scoring 708 marks.
Saba Qaisar and Rasham javed of PECQ bagged the second and third position in the Science branch scoring 698 and 687 marks respectively.
While M Usman Altaf Bajwa (627), Muhammed Suleman (601) and Ch. Salman Tahir (596) notched up top marks in Science branch among boys Sabha Qaisar(698) and Rasham Javed(687) scored high among girls, in PECQ.
A total of 187 students of PEC appeared in the examination, 65 students passed the examination in 1st division, 4 students bagged A-I grade, 14 were placed in A grade while 47 in B grade.
Sadaf Abbass, Sadia Hussian, Saleha Fayyaz, Shaheena Khan, Syeda Ayesha Zaheer, Namra Yaqoob Qamar, Humara Batool, mariyam Zafar, Amina Nazeer, Kalsoom shah, Anam Akram, sulaiman Tahir and Qazi Saadul Haq are among other students of PECQ who excelled in SSC examination.
Muhammad Asghar Afridi, the ambassador of Pakistan and Chairman BOG Pakistan Education Centre, Dr. Muhammad Hashim Popalzai CWA/vice chairman BOG and Principal Pakistan Education Centre, Humayun Nasir congratulated the successful students in general and Zahida Noreen in particular on their performance par excellent in the board examination.
Principal Humayun Nasir thanked Muhammad Asghar Afridi for his kind patronage and keen interest in the betterment of the institution, which has resulted in significant improvement of PEC.
