The Pakistan Air Force is offering Pakistani nationals who want to serve the country with opportunity to register in the Permanent Commission courses in general duty pilot, Aeronautical engineering and Air defence branches, Special Purpose Short Service Commission courses registration in Engineering & Education Branches and Short Service Commission courses registration in general duty pilot (female), Air Defence, A&SO, Logistics, Accounts and Met Branches. However, further details regarding age, nationality, marital status, height and qualification for these courses are and following.

  1. General Duty Pilot Course

The applicants who want to be enrolled in the General Duty Pilot Course must have an age limit of 16 to 22 years on 18th October 2020. All unmarried male citizens are eligible to apply with a min height of 5.74 inches. The candidate must have passed intermediate with min 60% marks.

  1. Aeronautical Engineering Course

The Aeronautical Engineering Course can be attained by the applicants who have completed FCS/ FCS or A-levels with a minimum of 60% marks. The age limit of the applicant must not exceed more than 22 years on 18th October 2020. The applicant must have scored at least 65% marks and male and female candidates can apply for this course.

  1. Air defence branches Course

The applicants must acknowledge that they have to attend the three years training course in Air defence branches. The age limit for this course is 16 to 22 years for all male citizens of Pakistan. The height requirement is five feet and four inches along with a 60% marks in the inter degree.

  1. Engineering Branches Course

The candidates with an age limit of 18 to 30 years can apply for Engineering Branches Course. The rank of the flying officer will be given to the selected applicants who are male citizens of Pakistan with a height measurement of 5.4. However, both married and unmarried applicants are eligible to apply.

  1. General Duty Pilot (female) Course

All the female citizens of Pakistan can register for General Duty Pilot (female) Course who possess eight sights of 6/6 each eye without glasses along with a height measurement of 163 cm.

  1. Air Defence Course

The training period of Air Defence course is one year and candidates will age limit of 18 to 30 years can eligible to apply. The qualification requirement for this course is BCS/ BS/ BE/ BCS (four years).

  1. Admin & Special Duties Course

The applicants with an educational background of BA/ BSC. BBA/ BPA or MA/ MSc/ MBA with at least second division can apply for the admin & special duties course. However, it is compulsory for all applicants to have qualification background of FCS.

  1. Logistics Course

The logistic course will be offered to applicants who have a degree of BBA, BSCS, BSIT, BIT, and BS with minimum 2nd division along with an age limit of 18 to 30 years for a training period of 24 weeks.

  1. Met Branches Course

For the training period of 24 weeks, all unmarried male citizens of Pakistan can apply for the Met branches course with a complete degree of MSC, MS (Physics, Math) from recognized institutes of Pakistan.

Registration Form Closing Date

If you want to join the Pakistan air force you must submit registration forms from 2nd March to 8th March 2020.
