NTS announced 3rd ETS scholarship awards for students

National Testing Service (NTS) Pakistan has planned to distribute 115 scholarships for the 3rd NTS-ETS scholarship awards. The students who are studying in grade 3 to 5 in government or private schools are eligible to apply for TOEFL Primary whereas the age limit for Primary student is 8 to 9 years and the age limit for the Primary intermediate is 10 to 11 years. There are almost 15 scholarships that NTS is offering for TOEFL primary beginner as well as for primary intermediate each. TOEFL Junior scholarship will be granted to the aspirants from 11 to 16 years of age studying in 6th to 8th class in any government or private sector institute. However, 45 scholarships will be given to TOEFL Junior by NTS.

On the other hand the eligibility criteria for TOEFL Junior ITP Level 1 and Level 2 are age between 16 to 18 years and the students must studying 9th and 10th class whereas the only difference is that the aspirants studying in public sector institute are eligible to apply for TOEFL ITP level 2 scholarships but level 1 scholarships can be taken by the aspirants of both government and private sector educational institutes. There are total ten 10 scholarships each for ITP level 1 and for level 2. TOEIC Bridge and L&R scholarships could be attained by the aspirants aged between 17 to 21 years and they studying from 11th to 13th grade in any government of private sector educational institute and there are 10 scholarships each that would be granted to both Bridge and L&R.

The financial grant of Rs. 15,000 each will be awarded to TOEFL Primary step 1, primary step 2 as well as to TOEFL Junior whereas Rs. 20,000 grant will be given to TOEFL ITP level 1, ITP level 2 as well as TOEIC Bridge. Just the aspirants of TOEIC L&R will receive scholarships of Rs. 30, 000. Registration forms are available at official website of NTS whereas last date for submitting registration form is 2nd October 2015. NTS will conduct the test for scholarship from 17th to 31st October 2015 although the scholarship awards will be declared on 16th November 2015.
