NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research Invites Applications for 2023 Undergraduate Admissions

All interested candidates are to be informed that the NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research admission 2023 are open. The NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research is offering admissions in undergraduate programs affiliated with the UET Lahore and The University of Sargodha. Programs Affiliated With University of Sargodha

Required Documents

• Attested Copy of CNIC Card or B-Form.
• Domicile.
• Attested copy of candidate’s matric result or certificate issued by a valid Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.
• Attested copy of candidate’s HSSC/ Inter result or equivalence certificate also issued by a valid Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.
• Equivalence certificate issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) in case the applicant has equivalent examination.
• Copy of 1st year roll number slip, for candidates awaiting their 2nd year result.
• Entry test result valid for 1 year (if applicable). 
• 4 passport sized recent photographs fully attested.
• Attested copy of Hafiz-e-Quran certificate (if applicable).
• Overseas candidates have to submit the copy of their passport and their father’s work permit (if applicable). 

Eligibility Criteria

An applicant for admission to any of the bachelor’s degree course offered by the NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research must fulfill the following requirements:

• Requirements for Programs Affiliated with UET Lahore
• Applying candidate should have earned at least 60% marks in Intermediate / DAE or equivalent / foreign qualification examination.
• Candidate should have appeared and passed the Entry Test with at least 33% for Engineering Programs, arranged by UET, Lahore for that academic session in which he seeks admission. 
• Candidate’s subject combination in the Entrance Test must be same as his intermediate (or equivalent) subject combination because he will be considered for admission in the prescribed disciplines relevant to his subject combination only. 
• Subject combination restriction does not apply to DAE qualified candidates.
• In case the candidates seeks admission based on B.Sc. Engineering Technology or equivalent degree, they should have scored (or expect to score) at least 60% marks, in case of annual system, or a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0, in case of semester system.
• He should be a resident of the area from where he seeks admission.

Requirements for University of Sargodha Affiliated Programs 

• At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent qualification for BS (IT) 4 Year program.
• ADP/BSc. of 2 years minimum marks obtained should not be less than 45 percent in annual system for BS (IT) 2 Year program.
• 20 extra marks for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates.

Application Process:

• All candidates can download the admission form for all BSc and BS IT 4 years’ programs from here and admission form for BS IT 2 year program from here. 
• After downloading the admission form, print it out.
• Fill in all the important details and information.
• Attach the photocopies of all requested documents.
• Download the IEFR Undertaking Form and print it out on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper and fill out by inserting your name and sign.
• Send Rs.2000/- demand draft in favor of “NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research” as Prospectus and Processing Fee.
• Send your complete application Form to IEFR Admission Office along with all the required documents.
