Zalimay Kahildzad was formerly an ambassador to Afghanistan. He called suggested US to decalare Pakistan a terrorist state. On his appointment Shah Mehmood Qureshi commented, “ Khalidzad has made statements in the past which have not been, to be put it mildly, very friendly to Pakistan.”
