The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has given permission to open schools in the second phase from tomorrow and said that classes from sixth to eighth class will start from tomorrow.

Meeting of NCOC

According to details, a meeting of NCOC was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Asad Umar. The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Ejaz Shah, Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood, and Special Assistant Dr. Faisal Sultan while Provincial Ministers of Education and Secretaries participated in the meeting through video link. The meeting considered issues related to the second phase of school reopening, after which the NCOC, while allowing the reopening of schools in the second phase from tomorrow, said that classes from sixth to eighth would start tomorrow, in the second phase the school schedule will be opened accordingly.

Opening Of Secondary School Classes in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

In addition, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have decided to start 6th to 8th classes from tomorrow. It may be recalled that the government had announced the opening of educational institutions in phases across the country from September 15. Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood had said that universities and colleges would be opened from September 15.
