Islamabad, National University of Modern Languages has started MS, MPhil and PhD spring admissions 2014. The university is offering PhD admissions in Arabic, Education, Islamic Studies, English Linguistics, English Literature, Management Sciences, Persian, Urdu (Islamabad campus only).
The eligibility criteria to get admission is MPhil degree with research (18 years of education) in relevant discipline from HEC recognized university with minimum 3 CGPA out of 4.0 under semester system or First division in annual system. Must qualify GRE International/ NTS/ University devised GAT subject tests with score as per HEC policy at the time of admission, qualify NUML’s interview and research proposal to be enclosed with admission form.
In MPhil programs the university is offering admission in Arabic, Economics, Education, English Literature, English Linguistics, Management Sciences, French, International Relations, Islamic Studies, Persian and Urdu.
Candidates are eligible with master degree in relevant discipline from HEC recognized university with at least 60% marks under semester system or 2nd division (45% marks) under annual system.
Admissions form is available for Rs 800 from main campus and can also be downloaded from NUML official website www.numl.edu.pk or can be submitted to main campus Academics Branch with bank draft of RS 1000 in the name of Rector NUML.
Last date to submit the application forms by post is Dec 10, 2013 and by hand is Dec 12, 2013. Entrance test for MPhil will be organized on Dec 18, 2013 at 3pm.
