Lums to start masters and PhD engineering programs

Lahore, The school of science and engineering Lahore University of management sciences has decided to expand its graduate programs in the field of engineering and science to start masters and PhD level programs and classes would start from the end of this year.   

Admissions will be given in Biology, chemistry, electrical engineering and physics PhD programs while on the other side electrical engineering programs are being introduced at master’s level. Students new students will be given financial grants also they will be served with research and scholarly opportunities. Admissions in these programs are open till May 24, 2012.  

Dean school of science and engineering Professor Suhail Qureshi while giving updates about these programs said now the institute will produce its name at international level. University vice chancellor Dr. Adil Anjum said that this is a milestone step for university.
