Lockdown Relaxation Is Here. But Follow These Steps To Safeguard Yourself From Coronavirus When You Go Out

The government of Pakistan has decided to offer relaxation in the country lockdown. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan said that due to lockdown the laborers, small businesses, and ordinary people have been suffering badly. So it was decided to open small markets, shops, and allied industries from May 9^th, 2020 to facilitate the labourers and other ordinary people.

However, the masses are addressed that the ease in lockdown is just to cover the financial hardships of the lower class people of the country. But, keep remember that the effect of the Covid-19 is still in the country and more than 30,000 people have been affected by the virus. So, in order to keep you protected from the virus you need to follow the below-given steps to safeguard yourself while visiting the markets or while running your small businesses:

1.       Wash Your Hands

Before going outside and after coming from the markets you are required to wash your hands with soap or hand wash for at least 20 seconds. If there is no availability of water and soap then use a hand sanitizer of at least 60% of alcohol. Moreover, avoid contacting your unwashed hands with eyes, nose, and mouth.

2.       Avoid Contact With People

It has seen that some people without having major symptoms are also spreading the virus. So, try to avoid the people who are sick and who are likely to be sick.

3.       Use Face Mask

The reports say that the Coronavirus can easily be controlled to enter into the body by using face masks. So, while going to markets use a face mask and make sure that your nose and mouth are completely covered with this face mask.

4.       Cover your Sneeze and Cough

While going to the marketplace must have tissues and hankie with you to cover your sneeze and cough. The reports say that through sneeze and cough there are more chances of the virus to spread. So, follow this instruction by yourself and advise other people as well.

5.       Maintain Social Distance

The best and the easy way to control the speared of the virus is to maintain social distance. Make sure that you keep staying at least 3 feet distance from other people in the markets or even in the small shops. And also avoid shaking hands and to embrace others.
