Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) yesterday permitted the students of 9th grade to appear in board annual exams without B-Form with the directions to chairman of NADRA to submit reply before the next hearing 23rd May 2016.

LHC accepted the plea and permit 9th class students to appear in board annual exams without B-Form.

During the hearing, the advocate of board requested time from the court to explain regarding the strategy on the issue. Justice Ayesha A. Malik accepted the appeal and postponed further hearing for almost two weeks.

A student Tahir Khan had filed the plea through his counsel Advocate Sheraz Zaka and submitted that the board management respondents should be inquired under what law the requirement of B-form had been enacted as there was no such law or notification. The B-form requirement had been a source of unjust supplementation to secure money, he added.

The counsel claimed that when birth certificate already showed the origin and nationality of the aspirants then why B-form requirement had been imposed on students who had to face so much difficulty.
