KU declares MA supply result 2012

Karachi, The University of Karachi has declared the results of MA (final) external and regular supplementary examination 2012. 

 

According to details, in MA Arabic four (04) candidates appeared and two of them passed it. In Economics a total of 576 appeared and 181 of them successfully passed it. In English 11 appeared and one passed. In general history three (03) candidates appeared and two passed. In international relations 155 appeared and 71 passed. In Islamic history as many as 28 participated and 20 passed. In Islamic studies 44 sit in exam and 27 passed. In mathematics six (06) participated and one passed. In philosophy only one appeared and passed. In political science a total of 19 appeared and 10 passed. In Sindhi nine (09) appeared and seven passed and in Urdu 49 students appeared and 24 passed.

 

Moreover, the university has started evening admissions for Diploma and Masters (2014-15). In this regard the admission forms can be obtained from the UBL counter at the KU Silver Jubilee Gate from June 23 to July 11 between 9:30am and 5pm. 

 

The forms are also available at the UBL branch on the KU campus from 5pm to 7pm with a payment of Rs1,000. During Ramazan, the forms can be received and submitted at the KU Silver Jubilee Gate UBL counter by paying Rs1,000 from 8:30am to 2pm. The classes will begin on Aug 20.

 

The University of Karachi was established in June, 1951. The present campus is established on 1279 acres of land, situated 12 Km away from the city center.
