Deputy CEO/ Chief Operating Officer

All candidates with a Master’s degree in Business administration, Accounting, Public policy, Social policy, Social Development, Economics or Public Administration, Social/management science from an HEC recognized university can apply for Deputy CEO Job opportunity. The minimum experience of 12years in public, private or voluntary sector and at least 3 years of experience must be in senior social protection/ poverty alleviation in Pakistan. The age limit for Deputy CEO is below 55years.

Chief Financial Officer

All interested applicants with the qualification of CA/ ACCA/ ACMA/ Master’s/ MBA degree in Finance or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized foreign or local universities are eligible to apply for Chief Financial Officer. The age limit must be below 55years for the post. The applicant must have 10years of experience in financial management, planning and budgeting, part of which should be in public sector accounting and regulatory mechanism.

Director (Programs)

If you want to be the part of PSPA team candidates can apply for Director (Programs) new job position. This position requires a Master’s degree in Business administration, Public policy, Social policy, Social Development, Economics or Public Administration, Social/management science from an HEC recognized university. The minimum experience of 8years in the relevant field and at least 3 years of experience must be in social protection program designing & implementation and also should be proficiency in MS Office. The age limit must be below 55years is required for the post of Director.

Director (Policy & strategy)

If you are an experienced professional and looking for new jobs in PSPA you can apply for Director (Policy & strategy) through open competitive service. The qualification requirement for this job opportunity is a Master’s degree in Economics, Public policy, Social policy, Social Development or related Social science from an HEC recognized local or foreign university. The minimum experience of 8years in the public or voluntary sector and at least 3 years of experience must be in research and policy analysis role. The age limit for Director is below 55years.

Director Cash Transfer Program (CTP)

Those candidates who want to apply for Director Cash Transfer Program (CTP) must possess a Master’s degree in Business administration, Public policy, Social policy, Social Development, Economics or Public Administration, Social/ management science from an HEC recognized local or foreign university. The age limit for Director CTP is below 35years for the post. The experience of 8years minimum in the relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in must be in managing cash transfer/ social assistance programs.

Documents Requirement

1. Apply online with the signed online application along with attested copies of CNIC, photograph all academic and professional testimonials and credentials through courier/ registered email
2. Government, Semi-Government employees shall apply with No Objection Certificate (NOC). 
3. Applicant’s applying on special government quota for minorities and disabled persons will be given with government policy. Female and transgender can also apply in PSPA.

Other Conditions & Deadline

1. Only shortlisted candidates who will fulfill the job criteria will be called for test and further procedure and any candidate called for test or interview will not be given any TA/DA.
2. Department reserve the right to withdraw or terminate any candidates during the recruitment process against any of the above posts without any reason.
3. In the case of selection, HEC verified degrees shall be submitted. In the case of a foreign degree, HEC equivalence will be required.
